Keynote Sessions (KEY)
A Keynote is a session format of 50-60 minutes for all congress participants. The session consists of a 30-minute presentation by an invited speaker followed by a 20-30-minute panel debate between 1-2 panelists, a moderator and the speaker.
Keynote Sessions present a generic approach towards rehabilitation. Each Keynote highlights at least two of the congress perspectives and will draw lines to the other perspectives by examples and links to different program tracks in the congress. The Keynote Sessions cover all five congress perspectives and a broad representation of human groups and life situations connected to rehabilitation.
Seminars (SEM)
A Seminar is a session format of 60-90 minutes. A seminar is planned and chaired by one or two Seminar Hosts.
A Seminar may highlight generic rehabilitation themes or focus on specific topics related to any theoretical, clinical or social practice and rehabilitation management.
Seminars are meant to inspire discussions, and will be structured around a diverse panel of 2-3 presentations of 12 minutes each, addressing the given topic from one of the congress tracks. The panel will consist of national or international experts. During the Seminar, congress participants will have the opportunity to engage with the panel via the online platform.
Oral Presentations (ORA)
Oral Presentations is a session format of 50-60 minutes, which allocates 12 minutes per presentation.
Presenters may address any rehabilitation perspective, and present various projects, practice documentation etc. to share experience, knowledge and visions. Oral Presentations will be organized within a given track or topic and be placed in temporal connection with related presentations.
During the session, participants may ask questions using the online chat function. Oral Presentations are chaired by one or two of the presenters.
Master Classes (MCL)
A Master Class is a session format of 50-60 minutes for a limited number of participants, decided by the Host. The Master Class will focus on a theoretical or a specific professional procedure, test, or the management and organization of service.
A Master Class is hosted by a qualified expert who has developed or worked with a specific tool, model or method of practice or theory. The presentation stresses the demonstration and training of procedures.
Participants will obtain competences and knowledge to qualify specific procedures and documentation.
During the Master Class, participants may ask questions using the online chat function.
A Master Class may be planned as one or two sessions with different levels of content.
Poster Presentations (POS)
A Poster Presentation is a session format which allow presenters to present a graphic documentation of a project or any rehabilitation topic. The poster will be uploaded to the virtual congress platform and be accessible for congress participants before, during and after the congress.
The author of a poster will deliver a 3-minute oral presentation of the poster at an announced time. Posters will be organized within a given track or topic and be placed in temporal connection with related presentations.
