All presenters at the RI World Congress 2021 have the opportunity to have their abstract included in an abstract book and their research to be featured in a Research Topic (special edition) within the journal Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences.

About Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences

Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences is founded on the assumption that rehabilitation is the health strategy of the 21st century that aims at optimizing people's functioning, given demographic and epidemiological trends that point to a future where people live longer, but with more disabilities. The journal combines theoretical approaches and clinical practice with policy implementation to close the gap between research and practice.

The Editorial Board of the journal includes Prof. Gerold Stucki, Department of Health Sciences and Medicine, University of Lucerne, Lucerne, Switzerland; Prof. Reuben Escorpizo, University of Vermont, Burlington, United States, and Prof. Christoph Gutenbrunner, Hannover Medical School, Germany. They will all be presenting at the RI World Congress in September.
