The RI World Congress 2021 takes place in Aarhus 7-9 September 2021 and will consist of both a virtual congress and a physical congress.

PHYSICAL CONGRESS

Soon we will be able to present a program outline for a congress with physical attendance in Aarhus. We are able to have 500 participants present at the Aarhus Congress Center. These places will be on first come first served basis.

The program for the physical congress will consist of thematic working meetings and forums for debate, sharing of experiences and knowledge, Keynote presentations as well as exhibition, study visits, social and cultural activities, over all three days.

All physical participants will also be able to access the program of the virtual congress until October 2021.

Registration for the physical congress will open shortly. 

VIRTUAL CONGRESS

Please note that the congress organizers kindly ask all presenters for the virtual congress to upload a video presentation. We encourage all presenters to deliver the video presentation with subtitles to make the presentation accessible for everyone.

Do you need help recording your video presentation?

The congress organizers would like to offer you the opportunity to record your presentation directly in the On Air platform in which the virtual congress takes place. We plan to record in June and July.
